- ➤ ODOT will close sections of I-5 and I-84 near the Marquam Bridge overnight for routine bridge inspections from April 20 through April 24—drivers should use alternate routes and heed detour signs. KGW
- ➤ Lawmakers in Oregon are considering a bill today to legalize lane filtering that would let motorcyclists ride between vehicles in heavy stop-and-go traffic. The proposed bill, nearly identical to one vetoed in 2021, would let riders travel up to 10 mph faster than traffic and raise fines for improper passing to a Class A misdemeanor with a 2000 fine—if enacted—.
