- ➤ TriMet announced $17.7 million in budget cuts and eliminated 68 jobs—26 for non-union workers—to handle a projected $300M shortfall. The agency said that starting next weekend, some bus and MAX lines will run less often with more cuts planned as it works to balance its budget by July 1. KPTV
- ➤ On November 18, the West Linn City Council approved the Waterfront Vision Plan— a framework to guide future projects along 275 acres of waterfront divided into three distinct districts— and Mayor Rory Bialostosky said the plan will open new opportunities near Willamette Falls. West Linn Tidings
