GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Clackamas County reported that 363 residents moved into permanent supportive housing in fiscal year 2024-25—exceeding its long-term goal despite placing fewer households than targeted due to cost-cutting measures. The county noted a 35% spending increase and is using existing funds to gradually sustain current programs while ramping down new investments. West Linn Tidings
- ➤ The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office on Monday honored a kayaker and a dispatcher—two local heroes—for helping save a man struggling in the Columbia River on Nov. 16. KGW
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Kylee and Caitlyn Schreck led West Linn girls soccer to four straight league titles, four state semifinals, and two state championship games during their four varsity seasons.
