Residents of Mary’s Woods retirement community held their fifth annual Holidays Without Hunger event Tuesday in Lake Oswego and packaged about 35,000 meals for local nonprofits including Hunger Fighters Oregon.
The event demonstrated strong community spirit and support for neighbors in need.

A large tree fell across Willamette Falls Drive in West Linn yesterday, causing outages and a temporary road closure — crews are working to clear debris and assess conditions.

Bank of America will be the new front-of-jersey sponsor for the Timbers in a multi-year deal announced Tuesday morning.
Updated jerseys debut in 2026 and the deal funds youth soccer, local business grants + community programs.
