About this event

Into the Borderlands is a 384-page hardcover book that combines, expands, and updates two classic Dungeons & Dragons modules: B1: In Search of the Unknown and B2: The Keep on the Borderlands .

We're playing classic D&D 5E with some simple rules modifications to improve playability, aiming to bring D&D 5E back to its old-school roots.

Drop-in campaign, play as you are available, no ongoing commitment. The more you play, the more involved you and your characters will be in the story.

OSR 5E Rules Changes

• Only Player’s Handbook choices. No feats, no resurrection magic (i.e. revivify).

• Shadowdark inventory system (can carry 10 items or your STR score)

• No evil alignments (for my campaigns)

• Start 1 level 1, 0 XP.

• One action, one move, on your turn only. All reactions and bonus actions are actions. No attacks of opportunity.

• A few other changes, handout available at the table
